Stacy was super helpful and friendly 5*
Went into store this afternoon as I had just had my phone stolen by pickpockets. Stacy helped me transfer my number over to a new SIM card and also set up a new handset contract for me as my old plan had expired! (Lucky timing!) Stacy was really knowledgeable and patient with me even allowed me to stay in the shop whilst I set up my new phone and restored all my apps etc

I have been with Three customers for years and always get good services. However Hao is absolutely on different level of excellent customer service.
She made the transaction so smoothly and efficiently. We got the best deals, a free tablet from Samsung and even some cash from bringing family members to Three!!!
I can't wait to bring more friends and family members to see Hao and get the best service from her

Stacy in cambridge was amazing…
Stacy in the Cambridge store was outstanding. She really went above and beyond in helping deal with a very confusing and irritating problem with my contract I’ve had over several years. She gave a million pieces of info and guided us through each step carefully and gracefully. Really appreciate it and would highly recommend visiting if you have any problems.
