Excellent service
Rahat at the Cambridge branch was incredibly helpful in advising how to diagnose the issue with my child's phone today. They then helped pick the most appropriate contract and were incredibly patient with an indecisive child and discerning mother. Finally a decision was made and from there the process was very quick and easy. Thank you!

I visited the 3 store in grand arcade cambridge
I visited the 3 store in grand arcade today and was greeted by a very polite member of staff,(Rahah)
She was very helpful and listened to what I was wanting,
And I was amazed at how quickly she had all my accounts up and explained everything to me,
By the time I left the store Rahah the lovely member of staff had saved me over half of my monthly outgoings on my Direct debit and I had more data etc for less money.

I was served by Stacy
I was served by Stacy, and I must say she was extremely efficient, helpful, and had excellent people skills. She arranged my new contract within just 10 minutes, which was a much better experience than the last time I visited a Three store.
Stacy did not ask me to write this review. I told her myself that I wanted to leave feedback because I was genuinely impressed with the excellent service she provided. She is a real credit to the team.

Stacy has been phenomenal I came in expecting to spend exorbitant prices and came out wondering why more shop representatives aren’t as easy to speak to as her she gave me a WiFi plan data and a rollover pay system where I could make it come out of bank automatically
