Great customer service
We went in to get a sim only plan and Tanzia took care of us so well. She was very polite and very friendly. We left the shop feeling very happy with the treatment we got. Thanks Tanzia x

Excellent service
Walked into the Camden store and was greeted by Ariyana. She was polite, professional, and made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with our device and SIM, and she resolved it straight away. Excellent customer service.

Needed help with a sim which I can…
Needed help with a sim which I can travel with for work as I’m on the move a lot, Tanzia was so helpful as I’m a technophobe - but she explained in ways I could understand and asked questions without me needing to probe. Eg. Do u want a spend cap etc - considering my last providers bill was daylight robbery - so really appreciated her help and her setting up the eSIM for me.

Vinnie and Ilayola were amazing
Vinnie and Ilayola were amazing in quickly understanding and sorting out my requirements. I purchased 2 new home broadband devices and they worked in parallel to deliver quicker.

Amazing In store experience today, shame they don’t have the phone I wanted in stock but I still received a good service and saved money by renewing my contract.

Tanzia was super helpful. I am not great with tech and IT and she was very patient, kind and explained everything very well. She helped me sort my new WiFi out as well as setting up my phone bill etc. You’re a star Tanzia xxx
