All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly , Coner was extremely polite, explained everything really well so that we understood and so helpful . I would definitely recommend coming into three in Cheltenham

Didn’t deliver on service
In store was polite, I upgraded my phone contract and new iPhone 17 pro, I was advised and confirmed that I would receive my phone the next day, but would need to be in to sign for it. I asked them to 100% confirm this would happen as I fly to France in 2 days and therefore would take the day off work to receive the delivery.
Delivery never happened, I rang the store on the morning at 9:30 to advise I had received no email, text or phone call from DPD and could they check that I am 100% receiving it today. Stores answer was its only 9:30am DPD will definitely be in contact and deliver your phone. Delivery not made, no communications received, a wasted days holiday from work and no phone before I go on holiday.

Coner was amazing, very helpful, very knowledgeable and helped us decide which phone was best for both myself and my teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend!!!
