Adnan was really helpful today, immediately got me better deals and was really friendly. Great service and I always use Cheltenham Three to renew my contracts. 18 Aug 26.

Three store saves the day.
The lady who served me today in the Three Store was hugely helpful, knowledgeable and helped solve the problem I’d created using your really poor and confusing Three app and terrible phone customer service who were less than no help… and obviously couldn’t care less.
Frankly if it wasn’t for the lady in the Three shop in Cheltenham today I would have left Three for good. She is much too good to be let down by your dreadful app and abysmal telephone support.

Super helpful
Super helpful. I had a nightmare with the app and call centre which meant I had 2 contracts running at the same time. The call centre could not help but the shop were able to. I am very grateful for their help in resolving the issue. Three really need to sort out the app!!
