Both members of staff in store on the day were extremely pleasant and helpful. Kallum was thorough in his approach to help me explore all relevant options to make sure I was getting the right package.

Emma was very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful - thank you so much

Walked in, stated what I wanted, advised of options, happy with price. All took, less than 15 mins and saved money.
Paul had assisted me a week earlier to change the account my direct debit was time taken from. All very straight forward. In and out in 5 mins. Today, again, he listened to wgat I wanted, advised the package and no fuss or hassle. Brilliant. Custimer service at its best.

Kallum was very helpful and explained things well. Got us set up with everything we needed. Wrote everything down for us. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable and everything working as it should when we got home.

Went intot the Chesterfield store today to upgrade father's phone.

She took the time to explain the available deals that would be suitable for him and fitted him the screen protector.

We recently went to the 3 Store in Chesterfield to upgrade my phone. We were served by a gentleman named Paul. He was absolutely brilliant and answered all of our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul is a great asset to your company and we appreciate all of his help with selecting a phone that perfectly suits my needs.

Staff were great, gave me all the options I needed and transfered all my data from my old phone, to my new one to make sure I was fully set up.

A very big thankyou to Paul from the three shop in chesterfield. This is the third phone we have in the family from three all set up by Paul always helpful and a true professional

Kallum was amazing today. I was totally open about up grading my phone options. Went into the 3 store at Chesterfield to have a browse and look at what to think about as I was in the area. Kallum who was available starting helping me and answered every question throughly and help cover all the points I raised. At the same time he was brilliant at suggesting the best option, with step by step points which would be more beneficial for my needs.
He then spent quite some time searching different plans and contracts for the right one for myself and was so patient and friendly chatting in general which made a welcoming difference .
So grateful and pleased to all the friendly staff and espically Kallum for his patience, friendly and natural customer service. I would highly recommend this store based on my experience today with him 09/06/26. Thank you.

Both Tom and Tegan were fantastic. Explained everything perfectly and their customer care was amazing. They where patient and ensured I understood everything that was happening and I got what I needed

We visited 4 different providers and the service from 3 was way better than Vodafone, O2, and EE. Tom was friendly but professional and was instantly aware of the phone and contract that suited our needs. His explanations and help were reassuring and we look forward to using the new phone.

Going into the shop in chesterfield was a really good experience helped by Paul who was friendly helpful and his advice was great and found me a plan with more than enough data and a tariff to suit which was cheaper than my standing plan . Very good experience from start to finish .
