Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I'd previously tried to get a broadband deal online but couldn't get through to the final stage of securing a date for the service to begin. I spoke to a staff member in store and he went through the details and secured a contract for me at only a fraction above the online price. He was polite and friendly and talked me through the setting up process and gave me useful information. Would recommend.

Three store in Chesterfield
We visited the Chesterfield store to discuss broadband and we was served by Emma, who is very helpful. We had problems with the broadband and visited the Three store 3 times, and Emma assisted us everytime, she is very professional and knows her job and does it very well.

Easy getting my phone when i bought it…
Easy getting my phone when i bought it on 7 april. And easy to transfer the data when i brought it in on saturday 18th. Tom was great, really helpful. Brill customer service.
