Christmas Cheer in Chesterfield 3!
I came into the Chesterfield store today to renew my contract and cancelling my daughter's contract.
This would normally reduce me to tears!
However, Paul could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He advised me through the calls to Customer Service and made the whole process pain & tear free. And almost fun!
Thank you Paul and you looked resplendent in your Festive Hoodie.

The review above was not written by myself. I went into the store to renew my plan and can only assume that when supposedly checking everything had gone ok she sent this review. The same thing happened to my husband who was with me. This is not what I would call professional.

Just seen this, unfortunately I didn't write the review,it can only have been done by the assistant while she was "checking " my phone, What a cheek!
The sad thing is, she was extremely helpful and I would have willingly left a glowing review,.
I simply must have appeared too old and stupid to do it myself.

Called into my local 3 shop today looking for a tablet, tje sevicec was excellent and there knowlede and understanding what my needs where once again excellent, not only that i had a few issues witj my own mobile which again without question unbelievable
