Everyone is Chiswick branch is fantastic and superb from past 15 years. I received great help from Huma and Yaseen today at my visit in store. They both were very helpful and suggested great options to make my contract cheaper. Thanks 3 mobile. You have great team working at this branch.

Huma and shahzil were very helpful and solved my issues very promptly, they helped me find the perfect phone for me and i felt very welcome

We had a really great experience with Samira at the Three store in Chiswick. She made switching our whole family over incredibly easy and took care of everything for us, explaining everything clearly along the way.

We came away with a great deal and, importantly, we’re now saving money as a family too. Samira was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with, making the whole process completely hassle free.

Shahzil was extremely helpfhl, i was stuck and didnt know how to get help for my faulty broadband but he had patience and sorted everything for me, amazing service

Today I walk in three in Chiswick High Rd as I had some issues with my phone. Shahzil vey kindly asked me what could he help me with, I explained him than I had a virus on my phone. He deleted all the bad apps, he took his time, he was very kind, paccient and extremely professional. I can highly recommend him if you have any difficulties or issues with your phone.

A very very happy customer. I received an incredibly great service from Huma and Yaseen. They both were extremely helpful, patient and professional. As I am 80 years old, setting up a new phone and transferring all my data felt quite daunting. Huma and Yaseen took the time to guide me through everything, helped transfer my data and made sure that everything I needed was properly set up on my new phone.
Truly grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service. Huma made the whole experience easy and stressful free. A true credit to the company Three as I have had some not pleasant experience in other Three stores, she truly went all out to assist me. Thank you Three, it's pleasure doing business with you.

I cannot thank the staff at 3 store Chiswick specially Shahzil and the store manager for their help in sorting out our sim and phone issues after my son’s phone got stolen. They went above and beyond helping us ensure that our sim was secured, helped us get a better deal then before and on top of that helped us find a brilliant replacement and a top rate price all the while providing exceptional service and reassuring us in what we thought was a dire time. We can’t thank them enough and will definitely be back to do more business with them soon!
