A very very happy customer. I received an incredibly great service from Huma and Yaseen. They both were extremely helpful, patient and professional. As I am 80 years old, setting up a new phone and transferring all my data felt quite daunting. Huma and Yaseen took the time to guide me through everything, helped transfer my data and made sure that everything I needed was properly set up on my new phone.
Truly grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service. Huma made the whole experience easy and stressful free. A true credit to the company Three as I have had some not pleasant experience in other Three stores, she truly went all out to assist me. Thank you Three, it's pleasure doing business with you.

I cannot thank the staff at 3 store Chiswick specially Shahzil and the store manager for their help in sorting out our sim and phone issues after my son’s phone got stolen. They went above and beyond helping us ensure that our sim was secured, helped us get a better deal then before and on top of that helped us find a brilliant replacement and a top rate price all the while providing exceptional service and reassuring us in what we thought was a dire time. We can’t thank them enough and will definitely be back to do more business with them soon!

Team in Chiswick store is fantastic. I was served by the whole team to sort out my issues, Huma has always been exceptional and helps me all the time, the other staff Yaseen and Filip also went beyond to help me, very thankful to the team and manager Hassi which I’ve known for a long time
