I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me changing my phone. This helped me to decide to change to them. They helped me transferring data and anything to do with mobile phone I can ask them. This aspect is so valuable for older generation like me who did not grow up with mobile phone. I used other provider but found 3 very different. I am

I have been visiting Chiswick store
I have been visiting Chiswick store, Huma for several years now and she has consistently provided outstanding support and service. She is knowledgeable, patient and always takes the time to clearly explain options and solutions. What truly sets her apart is her geniune care and attentiveness to my accessibility needs. Huma makes sure I feel comfortable and understood at every visit. Her professionalism, kindness and reliability have made a long term difference in my experience and I truly appreciate the continued and dedication she provides.

Filip was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and not only helped me but the right contract for my daughter but also helped me set up the phone. He took the time to give me confidence and I can’t thank him enough.

10/10 experience I have had in this store. Huma, Shahzil and Samira stayed 1 and half hour behind just to set up my contracts and ensuring I get a good deal and set up all my contracts. They did a lot for me and I’m so grateful and happy
