Came in to the three store in Eastleigh and was greeted by Walter. He helped renew my mobile and broadband contracts with ease and was really friendly and made it a really easy process. Would definitely recommend visiting this store

Truly Excellent service
Truly Excellent service. Walter and Fiza were extremely helpful and efficient, they explained everything so we understood every step. Only went in for broadband but left with that and new sims for our phones swapped from a different provider.

Walter was great this morning in helping with my new WiFi. He was great at explaining everything very clearly and offered us other promotions/offers to consider.
He was very helpful and informative, I will definitely recommend ‘3’ to family and friends due to the customer service received from Walter.

We had a problem switching from another network to three, having come in to store we had excellent service from Walter who was very patient and went to great lengths to help us and we got it all sorted.

10/10 customer service from Lucky in…
10/10 customer service from Lucky in store today. Really clear explanations, very understanding and patient with my mum and I. Feedback was given to the manager while in store as it’s so rare to get the level of service received today. Lucky couldn’t have been more helpful. Based on the experience today I would consider transferring to Three!

Wonderful staff
I came into three, and was met by wonderful staff, they were all very helpful bless their cotton socks, im a 67 year old woman and they all made sure i got the help i needed and was very kind, it melted my heart
