The staff were really helpful and friendly. They sorted my broadband issue and found great mobile deals for me and my daughter. Definitely recommend the Eastleigh store.

10/10 customer service from Lucky in…
10/10 customer service from Lucky in store today. Really clear explanations, very understanding and patient with my mum and I. Feedback was given to the manager while in store as it’s so rare to get the level of service received today. Lucky couldn’t have been more helpful. Based on the experience today I would consider transferring to Three!

Wonderful staff
I came into three, and was met by wonderful staff, they were all very helpful bless their cotton socks, im a 67 year old woman and they all made sure i got the help i needed and was very kind, it melted my heart
