Excellent in store customer service
I saw Aman in store today. This man deserves a pay rise 👍 last night I realised I was not receiving calls. 2 hours I spent on chat to 4 different advisors from 3 mobile. One if them even gave me a list of numbers to dial and then said “looks like I’ve stepped away” so disconnected and I had to go through everything again. 4x I went through the same questions (over 2hrs) and ended up being told it would take 7 days to investigate.
Today I went in store and saw Aman, I handed over my phone and he fixed my issue within 10 mins. Even got me a better contract. Great customer service 👍 thank you Aman very much.

Callam was very helpful
Callam was very helpful, he showed me the best prices and was very helpful with the options I had. I now have a phone and a tablet and insurance for the same price I'm paying now. Very helpful and kind. Thanks so much.

The service and staff here are great.
The service here is great. We changed our broadband over to Three and our SIM cards. Saving us £40 a month. Great value for money. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We spoke to Ahyan. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what it was that we needed.

Brilliant customer service
Fran was excellent. She helped me upgrade my phone and found the best deal for me. She even changed my account name from my Dad’s to mine which has always been a bit of a struggle.
