Excellent service
Ahyan served us and we came for a new sim card. He not only helped us with that but reduced the amount i pay monthly on other contracts. Over all so helpful and really knowledgeable. We have always had excellent service at this Farnborough branch. Highly recommend it

Excellent Service
As a long-standing customer, popped into store to assist a friend (Jeff), who has social/medical issues with a budget in mind.
Cerys (sales assistant) offered a warm welcome then went onto patiently go through the options for Jeff, spending time sourcing the right options, she could not have been more helpful, a credit to Three UK, there was also input from the store manager at that time (James) who equally was polite and courteous who clearly again wanted the best for Jeff himself.
The visit was productive and Jeff came away with excellent advice and a contract suited to his needs.
Cannot praise enough the performance of both staff members who offered exceptional customer service.

Hassle free service
Great customer service from the staff in the Farnborough branch again and it was nice to be recognised by the shift supervisor.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and will go above and beyond to sort our contracts out.

Cerys in the farnborough branch, was really helpful with finding me a great deal on my new contract. Previously had been in a month before as was indisive and been served by her. Been great help with both occasions. Lovely woman and very happy 😁
