Misleading the customer
Hello,I have just been to a Three store to collect a Wi-Fi router that I had ordered online.Upon arrival, one of the sales assistants offered me what seemed like a better deal because I am an existing Three customer. He offered me a £3 discount and a larger, supposedly better router instead of the one I had originally selected. I agreed to this, as I was assured that the new device was significantly better than my original choice.However, after returning home and comparing both devices online, it turned out that the router I was given has a worse specification and poorer quality. Since I am now being told that I cannot simply swap it back for the original device I wanted, I have no choice but to cancel the contract.
