The customer service of three is very good and to the point. The staff is just there for whatever you ask and your query is they just assist you to the point. The service and everything was very good. Today I and my friend met one of the customer advisor named jasmine, she assisted my friend in the most satisfactory way and provided all the necessary details and advised him.

New sim/broadband
Came in today due to dealing with broadband issues from another company and the bloke and lady that served me were absoloutly amazing I could not fault them at all, the service was quick and everything was set up within 10 minutes I could not reccomend the two people enough and I hope they have an amazing week.

Buying a pay as you go phoneI was not very confident about…
I was not very confident about purchasing / setting up a Smartphone. I needn't have worried. The Three store assistance, Sam, couldn't have been more helpful. He not only talked me through the process step by step but also set the phone up for me. Top notch service and less than a hour later I am able to write this review. Thanks again!
