Excellent customer service from Luca the store manager. Very experienced and reliable. I renewed my contract for another two years. I definitely recommend this branch.

My partner and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jovania today in the High Street Kensington branch.
We’ve both been customers for years and it’s great to see that 3 mobile still believe in great customer service.
We managed to upgrade our phone, get the best monthly plan and Jovania even checked when our home internet expired and gave us price plans for future reference.
All in all, fantastic experience with knowledgable staff and great customer service.
