10/10 for 3store Trinity Centre
I had a very positive experience in the 3 store Trinity Centre. Nick was very professional, with interpersonal skills which made me feel welcome and comfortable. Being able to sit discuss my contract renewal face to face with someone who listened to, heard and met my contract needs for the next 24 months. Together we looked at advantages of each of the plans for example worldwide roaming and decided on the most appropriate plan for me.
Thank you Nick you are a credit to the company.

He was so helpful, took the time to sit with me, was very patient and gave me clear explanation on eSIM and did all the steps with me - which I really appreciated!

Wojtek at the the Three shop in Leeds was so supportive and helped me find the best solution and mobile service. Very patient and kind, he also helped to set up my new phone and was available for two days in a row to answer any questions.

Great, efficient, and friendly service
Went in after my phone broke while at work. Faz took care of me, sorted me out the phone I wanted, and organised everything to help it be as cheap and easy for me as possible. Friendly, helpful, and honest service and I left with exactly what I wanted quickly and at no great cost. Couldn't ask for more.

Broadband and phone swap
Dan in Trinity Leeds was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Swapped our broadband and phones smoothly at a good saving.
Plugged device in when got home and it worked quickly with excellent strength.
