I have a business contract with three, I went into the Highcross store and had the pleasure of speaking to Vessy. She listened to what I had to say and walked me through the vest possible deals for me. Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend the store to everyone, I felt listened to and understood, the customer service standards in the store are absolutely amazing .

10/10 for this American in the UK
I’m an American living in the UK for a couple years and just moved into a house in Leicester. I had issues with all the major broadband providers so I looked at other options. I’m SO HAPPY that the other companies didn’t work out because this was way easier, way cheaper, and going into the store everyone was incredibly helpful and I was able to get in and out in 10 minutes. 10/10!

Amazing Service ✨
I recently visited the Three store in Leicester and had a fantastic experience thanks to Caitlin and Mo.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I was looking for help with upgrade options, and both of them went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted. Both Mo and Caitlin were absolutely delightful and patient, truly a pleasure talking to them.
