James the legend!
James helped me PAC my old number to my new contract. He talked me through the whole process while doing it for me. He was polite and did it in no time at all.

James is a superstar
James at the Three Store in Lowestoft is a superstar. I was at breaking point after my interaction with Three customer services online and when they told me I needed to go into a Three store my heart sank, because my nearest store is 10 miles from where I live. But, I needn’t have worried. James sorted out all of my Three related problems, with a smile and such kindness. Restored my faith in humanity 😊

We was greeted by Callum and Lewis when entering the shop, we knew roughly what we wanted and they helped us choose the right phone and an even better SIM deal.
