James and Ben
I had a great experience in store, my contact had ended, James and Ben were very knowledgeable and patient when setting me up with a new phone allowing me time to compare different brands and costs of different phones and contracts. I really appreciated their honest advice and excellent customer service. If I have any problems in future I will definitely be coming back in store to get fixed. Amazing lads. Thank you

Didn't realise a lot of my numbers needed updating, only went in to upgrade mifi, I'd never of been able to sought online would of been to confusing and taken a long time, had lots of help given by Lola, instore she sorted everything I was able to upgrade my tablet as well as the mifi, and all numbers updated. Thank-you Lola so much.
