I can't praise a young lady called MONIRA enough. She took me through, step by step, my new contract and how to set up my Internet and phone at home.

The customer associate, Monira, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions politely, and made the experience smooth and stress-free.
