Staff absolutely lovely and kind also communication was incredible they help do every step and was quick. My partner was happy of there service thanks all to Chris and Louis.

Friendly service tailored to our needs
We have always received friendly service perfectly tailored to our 'old people' understanding. Chad listened to us and guided us to phones that were right for us. It seems like nothing is too much trouble and we feel able to go back for further support if we need it.

Went into the store because had a problem with my account that I couldn’t sort out online, or over the phone, ( to be honest, I could not understand what the person on the phone was saying) in store the staff were extremely helpful, big shout out to Chad who sorted out our problem and took time to explain it all to me in simple easy terms. I would like to thank Chad for all his help before during and customer service after the purchase of a new phone of which i am extemely happy. Also to thank Chris who has solved y queries over the last three years and who has always approachable to help me, as a result I moved my Broadband to Three. I would not hesitate recommending Three to my family and friends
