Sally was very helpful in finding the best plan for me

I came into Newark three with a complaint about Three network which has led me to missed calls etc. I was served by Sally who apologised on behalf of Three and proceeded to show me some work arounds I can do on my phone to improve the signal, I realised it was to do with 5G/4G. Sally was really friendly, patient (I’m a tad slow with tech) and provided me with a solution. All round great customer service.

Hayley and Sally and Chris have been extremely helpful the service has been excellent would highly recommend them

I was in abit of a tiz on arriving as had dropped my phone and was worry about photos, Haley and chad were great from the begining, freindly, helpful and explained everything, as i know nothing about phones lol.
Got what phone was suited to my needs, i also went back in the following day to purches some new ear buds and haley set them up for me, overall very good experience and will recomend.

Sally and the Team at Newark 3 made sure I was looked after from the moment I entered the store-to leaving with my new plans and devices all ready to go!
Very impressed with this store and service levels.

Hayley, Chris and the rest of the team are brilliant in the Newark store. They are always polite and give a warm welcome when entering the store. I wanted to go for a phone contract and they talked me through every option. Whilst I didn't pass they were very professional about the situation and advised me what I can do further and supported me with next steps!

Well done team, you should be very proud.

Went into the store just looking at phones, I was approached by Sally who asked me questions to understand my needs. She asked who my current provider was and asked if I had 5 minutes to see if she could find me a better deal - to which Sally did! I am now saving £20 a month by switching to three! I would never have even considered switching providers! Sally is an asset to your team! Thank you so much.

Fabulous service from Chad!! 😁 I was dreading going in to upgrade my phone as i have had crap service and pushy salesmen from every other shop i have been in. Chad was a refreshing change. He made me felt looked after as a customer, i could see he put in the effort to find me a decent deal and DID NOT act on the best interest of the shop rather than me, as a customer. Wow! Chad was still in training, whoever is training him up is doing a great job! Please don’t change and turn into one of those sharks with a ‘don't give a damn attitude’. I will definitely keep coming back, so will my husband, i will tell friends and family also. Thank you so much three Newark! ⭐️

Today we were served by Chris, he was so helpful and informative of the broadband and mobile plans which made it very easy to chose. We had been served by Chris the last time we came to 3 and he is very consistent with his customer service and extensive knowledge regarding mobile devices.

Came into the shop a couple weeks ago and was greeted by Sally. I was looking to move from EE to 3, Sally gave me some prices and was incredibly helpful explaining everything in depth so I felt in safe hands. Will be coming back soon to see Sally to move over

Chad is a trainee in store and greeted and engaged me beautifully this morning. First impressions are so important and Chad did not disappoint.

Both Chad and his manager (Hayley?) were quick to assist not only with my original request (Hayley showing amazing skill and knowledge, Chad clearly engaged and keen to learn from her), but ably assisted with a couple of smaller requests before my leaving the store. I was very impressed.
