I called in the 3 store in Plymouth as I wanted to use my mobile abroad without additional cost. My wife did as well. Josh was very helpful and sorted it out for both of us. Very friendly and efficient service.

Sam was incredible . Great for the elderly .
Sam was incredible ! We saved money, got new plans, closed down an account we couldn’t access . Brilliant 5 star service with Sam who went through everything with total respect for our “elderly” approach . We aren’t great with technology and he really helped us . Feeling so grateful and so happy he sorted everything we’ve been struggling with for over a year. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the brilliant service , respect and helpfulness of this store .

Jess was amazingly helpful and patient while I purchased my MiFi Hub contract.
She set up the mobile unit for me and fully explained its function.
