5* customer service!
Walked in to the Pontypridd store today, very apprehensive as I’ve not had the best experiences in the past but I was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Matthew in particular but also Tom.
Matthew made me feel instantly at ease, explained everything in a way I could understand with zero judgement and without being patronising.
Both him and Tom couldn’t do enough to help with my issue, they were kind and gave me all the time necessary without making me feel rushed.
Thank you both so so much for your help and advice today. It was greatly appreciated!!

do not use them
i telephoned 3 today and spoke to three of the personnel and all three of them hang up the phone on me they are the most ignorant people i have ever had anything to do with i took a contract out with them on the 3rd of June and had nothing but trouble

Pontypridd store
Went into your Pontypridd store and could not have received better service. Rarely as impressed, Joanna and Matthew (I think) were outstanding. I hadn't planned on buying a new phone, it's stressful thing to do if you're not techie but they made it painless and helped make sense of whole process. I could not be more grateful to them.

Mishia helped us no end
Mishia helped us no end. I ended up renewing 3 contracts. I also will be returning in 5 months for a full renewal.
The service alone will keep me with this company.
