I was getting loads of spam on my phone so I came into my nearest store and Jakob kindly and patiently went through my phone and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend three Stafford

Great advice and visit instore.
Went into the 3 store in Stafford and was served by Alaistar.
I needed to upgrade my phone and also get advice on broadband.
Alaistar was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, answering all questions and sorted us out a great deal, informing us of our options. Excellent customer service Face to face. We have always had great service over the years in this shop when we go to renew and this year was no different. Thank you Alaistar.

Every time I come to store the staff are helpful, understand what I what, very polite and always extremely happy. Everybody within team are always lovely, happy to help and understand me and my needs. I always leave very, very happy. I am never made to feel uncomfortable.

They were very helpful

What a wonderful team
Donna and the team in Stafford were extremely helpful. Although I wasn't on the network originally the service they offered was so good I decided to make the switch and am all the happier for it.
