I was getting loads of spam on my phone so I came into my nearest store and Jakob kindly and patiently went through my phone and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend three Stafford

Pleasing Staff
Three Stafford have the most helpful staff, if I have a query or problem with my phone I can always contact them and they always help me out solving my problems, every member of the team are great.

I came to store with storage problems on my phone. Michael was very professional & polite, and he helped resolve my storage plus other little tips n tricks to make my phone experience better. He also reduced my monthly payments whilst getting me more data!

Hearing restored!
Each and every time I visit this shop in Stafford, the staff in store excell and are a credit to this company. Especially Michael who helped me set up my hearing aids with my Bluetooth on the phone.

Great service from Michael at Three
I visited the 3 shop in stafford as my phone was running very slow I spoke to Michael who new the problem straight away and was sorting it out straight away Michael was very efficient very informative and very knowledgeable well done 3 very please with the service

Great experience
Michael is so very professional and knowledgeable. Great choice of tablets and phones. Would highly reccomend this particular 3 store. So very helpful and friendly.

Fun and Friendly
As per usual when I visit the store I get excellent service. The manager and the team are lovely people, make you feel welcome and look after you well.
When I visit the store I am always greeted and dealt with very quickly and professionally and always leave with my issue solved.

Great customer service everyone in the store really looked after me and found me a great deal. So I’ve become a 3 customer leaving EE. They explained the next steps of having a new phone and how my number would be transferred over.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Really listened to my needs and came up with offers that I wanted and better ones that I wasn't really considering but ended up being better. Really friendly staff. Would recommend. Thanks especially to Maria and Oli for there help.

Phone Network Glitch
Came in my phone had been bugging for a good few months and one of the employees fixed it in the matter of 2 minutes and it has been a problem since march 2025
