Outstanding service from Prav and Denisa at Three Sutton
I visited the Three store in Sutton to cancel a SIM order, and I couldn't have asked for better help. Prav was friendly, patient and clearly knew what he was doing. The store manager, Denisa, stepped in to make sure the cancellation was processed right there in store, which saved me a lot of hassle.
They both went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and without any fuss. It's rare to get customer service this good, especially when you're cancelling rather than buying. Thank you both. I'd happily recommend the Sutton store to anyone.

I visited Three Mobile to change my mobile data plan, and I received outstanding service from Kate. She was very friendly, professional, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I came into store wanting to buy the new iPhone.
I came into store today wanting to buy the iPhone 18 pro max, I was helped by Alexandra and she was amazing! Very knowledgable and helped me set up my plan, amazing colleague and a great experience at Three Sutton today.
