Excellent service
So I have been with Three mobile for a number of years. I have always found the shop staff so helpful.
I was served by Brandon and he is a real credit to the Taunton Three store. Always polite, extremely knowledgeable about the services and offers available, and alway so patient and understanding,as I am not very tech savvy but he showed such patience!!
Customer service deserves recognition when provided well and I feel this staff member went above and beyond. Thank you.

Brandon was an excellent sales rep
Brandon was an excellent sales rep. He explained everything i needed for.my new contract and he was very helpful in helping me select a new phone for myself and my son. And he remembered me when i came in a few months ago!!

I’ve never understood phones very well
I’ve never understood phones very well. Especially when it came to SIM’s and contracts and whatnot. But when I went into the Taunton branch today. All the staff that I asked for help were very helpful. Caitlyn was amazing at helping me understand everything. Kai was brilliant at helping me find the best deals and Brandon was extremely helpful with my finalisation of my purchase. 10/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Caitlin is an absolute star!**
I had a truly fantastic experience at the Three store in Taunton yesterday, all thanks to Caitlin.
I had been offered a great deal online but ran into issues getting the promo code to work. I rang the Taunton store to see if they had the phone in stock, and they couldn't have been more helpful—they reserved the handset for me right then and there and held it until I could make it into the shop.
Once I arrived, Caitlin took over and was absolutely brilliant. Not only did she successfully get me the exact online deal I wanted, but she also sorted out my new airtime plan and some fantastic extra goodies to go with it.
From start to finish, Caitlin was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly welcoming. She turned a frustrating online tech glitch into a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience. The whole Taunton team was great, but Caitlin went above and beyond. She is a massive credit to Three—if you visit this store, definitely ask for her!
