Great service. Freindly staff
I was greated by Darren and he ran through some upgrade options. He got me sorted with new devicea and then let Kai complete the paperwork, to go towards Kai's target. It was nice to see a manager looking out for their staff. The service at the Taunton store was excellent.

We walked in to the Taunton showroom and met Hannah who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with intention of coming back the following Wednesday when I had found out when my contract expires. Again she was extremely helpful and made us feel not only welcome but important to 3. So we agreed to change from cuckoo and looking forward tomorrow when it goes online.

I was having trouble with accessing the app and not having any joy with the automated systems. Kai in the Taunton store was fantastically helpful, nothing was too much trouble and when I went back 2 days later he ever remembered my name. He's the best thing about my 3 experience so far!

Darren was absolutely fantastic - we only popped in on the off chance and have come out with a tablet, a new phone and cheaper contracts. Brandon and Darren were very knowledgeable and made the whole visit really great. THANK YOU GUYS

I had such a great experience with Hannah at Three while sorting my SIM only upgrade. She was really friendly, helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the best option for what I needed without any pressure at all.

I currently been to Exeter Vodafone and…
I currently been to Exeter Vodafone and they weren’t very helpful, come to three in Taunton and Hannah was fabulous looked at all the options to upgrade my phone and got the best deal! I would defo recommend coming here all the staff is friendly and was greeted by a nice member of staff and very quickly.
