Caitlin was excellent at explaining everything in store, I asked her to quote me for a contract I had priced up in other stores in the area, she managed to beat every price, and threw in some extras too. Very good service, really recommend!

Super helpful
Came in to upgrade my phone. Caleb was really helpful. Caleb explained all the tech lingo in a way I'd understand when asked. Caleb didn't mind that the baby was handing him toys during the upgrade. Great guy.

Caleb helped loads!
Easily answered the questions I needed answers to. Helped upgrade my phone simply. Caleb was very understanding to my slowness and made everything an easy transition.

First Three experience
When I went in today Hannah and Darren went above and beyond to help me try and set up a new contract. We had a few issues at first, but they kept trying and never gave up until we resolved the problems. They were efficient, kind, polite, funny, and kept apologising for the delays, even though it wasn't their fault! Couldn't have asked for better customer service, or better deals. Highly recommend Three!
