I came into store today as my phone wouldn't switch on, from going to Vodafone and staff being so rude I just needed some help. Ebony from your team was amazing she sorted my phone for me with a simple re boot. Amazing customer service 👏

Chantelle made my visit exceptional, I bought a new phone for my wife and her expertise and product knowledge led me in what we agreed was a great contract. I would recommend visiting a 3 store because of her exceptional customer service skills
