Came into the 3 store in York today…
Came into the 3 store in York today with my husband. We were helped by Jon who really went above and beyond to help us. He solved both of our problems which was fantastic. He is a credit to your company and should be recognised for his first class service.
We left the store very happy.

I went in store today and was helped by Jon to upgrade my phone and find the best plan for me whilst also ensuring it was the most affordable! He was very helpful and knowledgable, and very friendly. 10/10 experience, very happy with my new phone! :)
