Remi was extremely patient and helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted at all and she talked through all the options to ensure I got the best deal. She was also very knowledgeable about the phones and the current offers to ensure I got the best deal possible!

I have been a Three customer since…
I have been a Three customer since 2020, and unfortunately my experience has only got worse over the years.
The network coverage has been poor in many places I use regularly, including my college, Lidl, PureGym, and other indoor locations. There are times when I have little or no signal, making it difficult to make calls or use mobile data.
I also had an issue with payments. A third-party payment service took more money than I was expecting. When I contacted Three, I felt they placed the responsibility on the third party instead of taking ownership and helping to resolve the problem. As a loyal customer, I expected much better support and accountability.
To make matters worse, when I wanted to leave because of the poor service, I was quoted a very high early termination fee.
After being with Three since 2020, I am very disappointed. In my experience, the service and customer support have declined rather than improved. I hope Three takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both its network coverage and the way it handles customer concerns.

I had a contract with Three for my…
I had a contract with Three for my daughter. Before the contract ended, my ex-husband called them to change her number without my permission. Unfortunately, they gave him the code, and then they asked me to pay them. I told them I wasn't going to pay because it wasn't me who authorised the change. They changed the number without my permission! So, they gave my name to a debt collection agency, and this affected my credit score.
At the same time, I had another contract with them for broadband. I called them because it wasn't working for me so I reported the problem.
They said they would fix the problem, but they didn't, so I threw out the router. I continued paying the contract before it expired. When I called them to say I didn't want to renew it, they told me I needed to send them the router back or pay them a hundred pounds. I explained that it wasn't working and I had thrown it in the bin. Unfortunately, they gave my name and number to a debt collection agency again!
So, do not go to Three network; they are scammers. They can give your details to anyone who has your name and date of birth."
