Prompt delivery and beautiful clock. Looks far more expensive than it was.

I ordered a clock and at first because I didn't get a confirmation email I was a bit worried. I didn't need to be as the clock was delivered very well packaged .Unfortunately the clock did not work, I contacted the customer services by e mail . I got a refund within a week .All in all great service really,they did not make the clock so the fact it didn't work is nothing to do with Tick Tock.

Ordered a mantle clock 3 months ago and still not arrived. Poor customer service and have still not refunded my money.
Would advise against ordering from this company. Communications non existant.
Done by a scam ???

I ordered 2 identical clocks on line, and within 4 days of placing the order the clocks arrived in a well packaged box. The web site is easy to navigate and use, and I will have no hesitation in using Ticktockclocks.co.uk again in the future.

Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday . Received confirmation straightaway and tracking number the next day . 3 days later Thursday 3rd June I received my Chateau Clock in excellent order. I was very concerned having read several appalling reviews.....my experience was brilliant and no worries THIS IS NOT A SCAM SIGHT . Thank you to the company for the excellent business like way the order was dealt with ....plus I LOVE MY CLOCK

Easy to order, delivery was quick , would have been 5 star but apparently the clock we bought gets it radio controlled time from a German signal so the clock always reverts to 1 hour ahead!!!

I am very pleased with the clock that I ordered it looks just like the picture on line. It was well packed and arrived at the time expected in fact it was a couple of days early so well done to the company

After ordering my living room clock I read the reviews and was very worried I'd made the wrong choice, but I needn't have worried they were excellent. I was kept fully informed of delivery and when the clock arrived it was very well wrapped. It is a gorgeous clock and looks fabulous in my lounge just what I was looking for.

Order status was "In process".
Tried to contact them after a week without any luck.
Sent many emails since without them replying.
It is now 2 weeks and i hvnt received nothing,I have disputed the credit card transaction. And opened case on PayPal
My bank is now in the process of recovering the funds.
The payment went to tempcon.co.uk
DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE COMPANIES. DO NOT RECOMMENDED DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM SCAMMERS.

Scam site - avoid
Goods were delivered damaged.

Dont provide RMA for returns
no name in the email
no phone number to call

No details given about when clock would be delivered and still waiting for it to arrive... emailed them last week and no response... pretty dreadful.

I recently ordered a clock from Ticktock clocks,and the customer service was quite outstanding. Very prompt,very helpful and very courteous.The best customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a mantel clock on 11th June and had still not received it by 17th July. I received no updates or any information at all during this period but I did telephone them once a week for the last 3 weeks. All I got told was it was out of stock but will be delivered next week, each time. I have now asked for a refund, fingers crossed I receive it. This is poor standards for any company and I would never consider using them again.

I have given 4 stars because the clock/thermometer arrived damaged and was not worth the money, however, custom support was definately 5 star.. I couldn't fault their speedy response to my emails and I received a full refund within the week. Thank you, customer support/service.

Absolutely rubbish Do not by from these people! !!! Ordered a clock in may. Two weeks later heard nothing. Rang twice and told it would be in the next week. Third time told it was discontinued. It is still on the Web site. Am now waiting for a refund. That could be a while.
