Many thanks to Misbah for resolving our delivery issue (via APC) so promptly. Our initial order for 10 tiles arrived in a box that was open with more than half of the tiles missing. Misbah tried to replace the missing ones from the same batch, however we had no packing slip or any other details that identified the batch. Replacement tiles received (neatly packaged) and we see no issues with them regardless of the batch they came from 😁. Thanks again Misbah!
For info this is now our 2nd more than satisfactory purchase from tile mountain in the last few years.

We had an issue with the delivery driver where he didn't provide door service and requested that myself and my brother take the tiles from the delivery truck.

A formal complaint was raised in regards to delivery only and Angela resolved the issue with appropriate compensation.

Excellent customer service all round to resolve the complaint.

I ordered 3 samples, free delivery and free of charge. Samples arrived on time and were fabulous.

Ordered my bathroom tiles from a huge selection, tiles arrived without any problems and they are beautiful. I had a slight delay in delivery but when I called them they have been helpful and arranged for the tiles to be delivered first thing next morning to avoid days woth project.

It was very easy to order online . I realised that the order has been placed to be delivered at my different address . I contacted the customer services by email. It was all sorted out very easily. I have had previous experience with tile mountain while getting extensions done at my home which was brilliant. This time it was similarly excellent.

Rachael assisted me with my query today. She was clear & concise and even phoned me back when I completed my order on line. So refreshing to speak with someone who does their job so efficiently.

I received my order on time. The floor laminate looks great. Not yet layed them down but hopefully soon I’m excited. It looks like the right color I wanted. I hope I ordered enough for my covered patio.

Late / no delivery.
Had a phone call in the morning of my delivery to make sure someone would be home to take delivery as a redelivery would incur an extra charge.
My wife had taken the day off work to make sure delivery could be made .
come 4.30pm we had a phone call to confirm delivery would NOT happen today!!
Then I was asked could I make sure someone would be in either Saturday morning or Monday as couriers would want to deliver my goods and that if the delivery was missed there would be a charge for a redelivery!!!
All I can say NOT happy! Maybe a more reliable courier needs to be sourced.

Great tiles in my garden. Fast quick no-hassle delivery.

Ordered our tiles from the Peterborough store and arranged to collect. When collecting Robbie and Aiden kindly sorted the tiles for us to make a complete pattern as the tiles were supplied randomly and the complete pattern was not guaranteed. This was not an easy task, they were very helpful and patient. I recommend this company.

Staff in store have always been lovely but when facing issues the online services have been more than unhelpful. Due to email confusion weaccidentally ordered two items and they have asked us to pay for one of them to be returned. The emails sent were confusing and I found them pushing to make a purchase, leaving us with a pallet of tiles left in the drive of a house we don't live in. I would not buy from then again if possible. (the staff are wonderful in store though which makes this review a real shame).

Rabia was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She took the time to understand my query, provided clear and useful information, and resolved my issue efficiently. Her communication and customer service were excellent throughout.
