Tile samples
I ordered 3 tile samples, 2 were free and I had to pay for the 3rd as it was a small tile and the whole tile was therefore sent. They arrived quickly, but the one I paid for was unfortunately chipped.

The shop on Edge Lane Liverpool were really helpful and sent a quote and explained the whole ordering process, plus the cost per tile as well as cost per m2 was helpful. The costs were very competative with quick delivery dates. Misbah in customer service was very quick and helpful when it came to arranging delivery too.

General feedback and concerns over conditions of tiles when delivered
Sample tile delivery was prompt and followed up, but not constantly which was refreshing. The choice of products good but price was a major factor in the final decision. Confirmation of delivery timely and driver very helpful. Have concerns over condition of goods especially the 60x60 floor tiles as the last one which was not packaged has edge damage I have not checked any of the other floor tiles. Also a percentage of the wall tiles were not in a complete box this could have easily lead to external damage, fortunately that does not seem to be the case at the moment

Great staff, good delivery
Having previously used this company online, I discovered that there was a branch not too far away in Basildon. I visited and the staff (especially Tony) were extremely helpful, giving good advice and tips. I returned a few days later to confirm my choices and to order in person. I'm glad I did as the tile trim colours available in-store are more varied than what was offered online so I could take my preferred colour with me. When the delivery arrived, again the driver was extremely helpful and polite and offloaded the pallet exactly where I wanted. All in all this was an excellent experience and good example of outstanding customer service.
