Product fine. Happy with price. End of good news. Because of health issues and the delivery site being without water or toilet, asked for an early delivery. Was told no chance, but you'll get a text giving you a 2 hr window. Ok. Day of delivery, a phone call. "I'm at the delivery address, there's no one here". Where was my text / call, to give me a 2 hr window? "We don't do that" the delivery driver laughed at me. Left my order in the road with no one there to pick it up and drove off. Talk about the arse not knowing what the elbow was doing. .. Absolute disgrace of a company in terms of customer service and communications. Will never use again and would warn others to expect to be lied to and played lip service about all the effort their staff put in to contacting you about your delivery, with no success. Complete bollocks. So embarrassed, they gave me my delivery fee back. No difference, will never use again.

I’ve been dealing with a lovely lady called Karen, she’s been really helpful and answered my emails straight away. I haven’t had to wait around all day like other companies waiting for the answers to my questions. Looking forward to my tiles arriving to brighten up my garden 😊

Received a damaged order, job had a deadline had to source an alternative tile as couldn’t be used as cuts or else wouldn’t have even messaged - only to be stalled at every turn. Won’t be using the service again and will be posting a negative review under any Facebook post to warn others

Love the tiles, and good customer service. Delivery was smooth and as planned. Four stars because website wasn't working when I wanted to order so I missed out on the bigger discount, but minor issue.

I had a great experience with this company, particularly from Scott in customer services, who was very helpful regarding a partial refund for an unused box of tiles. He made the whole process easy. He was efficient, polite and swift to respond to my questions. I would certainly use this company again.

The sample tile was sent promptly, but upon ordering immediately after receipt of the sample I was told it was out of stock and not being replenished.
