Excellent service. Tiles are really good quality but good value
Slight problem with delivery but sorted out by very proactive staff at tile mountain before I even knew there would be about a 24 hour delay.
Overall an excellent experience and would definitely use again on my next project.
Tiler would also recommend to clients

We had a few broken tiles on delivery (3x times) all clearly couriers fault and Tile mountain resolved it without hesitation.
Prices are good and quality to match.

Initially when I received my order 4 tiles were damaged and was worried if I will get a replacement. SABA was assisting me with my query. She was very helpful, professional committed at helping solve the issues with the damaged tiles. I was surprised how quickly everything was sorted, I got the replacement next day and all good. SABA was amazing she knew what she was doing she reassured me not to worry. She really cares about making sure that customers are happy. I was really happy with the service provided! You are lucky to have her working in your department because she really cares about making sure that customers are really happy!!! Thank you Saba!!!

Having visited Tile Mountain in Swindon, we found the staff exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the tile we chose was out of stock and not available until after the date we needed them. Would definately recommend that store.

Very good quality SPC wood effect planks. Easy to click together and cut. Much better than others we had seen in the usual DIY shops.
Easiest floor of it's type my husband has put down. He would regard himself as a competent DIYer. Delivery easy and samples came quickly and were of a good size. Excellent experience with Tile Mountain.

I don’t really give reviews, but the customer experience I’ve just had with Rabia at Tile Mountain is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. OK so I placed an order for few tiles online so that I can see what they would physically look like in my garden. Did not receive an email confirmation and the website did not provide a reference code. So I thought I’d give them a call to confirm order. When they answered the call I explained that I’d placed an order and wanted to make sure they had received it. At this point they confirmed my order, delivery address when the tiles would arrive and sent a confirmation email in seconds. If only all customers services experience could be like this!

140 Tiles were delivered with only one broken, which was replaced within 48hrs.
Delivery times were reported and updated by email with a call on the day when the driver was just over an hour away from my home.
I would recommend.

The sample tile was not wrapped and so cracked within the box during transit.

Easy to order my samples and they arrived quickly. Problem is the samples are too small to make a. Judgements and because of that we had to go to a more local tile shop.

Sent free samples of tiles I am considering quickly and efficiently.

Karen was a fantastic help with a late delivery and kept me updated.
Overall experience with Tile Mountain was brilliant

Helpful staff in store when needed. So far only ordered free tile samples, very impressed with these as they arrived the next day well packed so no chips or breakages. Will be ordering in next couple of months
