Ordered some samples & they were sent out very promptly. Impressed with the size of the samples too

How companies deal with you when there is a problem is how you build trust with your customers. My order was delivered with broken tiles, more because of the size of the tile probably being transported, rather than the quality of the tile. This happened twice and yet each time Tile Mountain apologised and quickly got replacements out to me. Well done Tile Mountain.

They sent me the package with missing items which it cost me to pay the tiles extra day even they sent the rest of the tiles next day I've made complaints the service was not good enough as it cost me more money

Easy website to navigate. Found what I needed. Item arrived the next day.

Have spent a lot of money with this company and previously ok but they have informed me they have started to use CGI images on their website. This has caused a major expensive issue as a large amount of beige paving ordered to match the edging and house is actually grey . When contacted they said it was grey but they label it as beige and the images are not always close as are cgi and not real photos. I would recommend going to a supplier that uses real photos or visit in person.

Karen has been absolutely amazing with resolving my issue. I had a few tiles broken in transit which is fine as those things happen. She managed to get me my replacement tiles the next day no questions asked. Really helpful and excellent customer service

Excellent, efficient service when I called to change delivery date.

My order came and the tiles were completely different they were supposed to be white marble and came yellow the delivery drive was totally rude saying it was my order which clearly wasn't would not advise going with tiles or flooring from this company how ever the girls in office very lovely

I messed up my order late on Saturday and emailed to change it. Scott got back to me on Sunday and then again on Bank Holiday Monday to sort out delivery and refund issues.
