great quality dress 🤍😍 & pretty quick delivery, pretty average like 4-7 business days.

Awful company

I ordered a few items and tried to use their welcome code.
Unfortunately the code did not work. not only that- when I hit pay, the website stopped working... when i tried to click pay again... the items i wanted were out of stock.
I placed a new item in exchanged for the original item that was no longer available.
I clicked pay and all was good.

I later checked my email and saw that two charges came out to Tobi -
i immediately emailed them and explained that i did not want the first order... however their awful customer service decided to send out the first package not the second... after a whole ordeal i managed to get the second order sent out.
whilst all of this was going on (lots of back and forth) I realised that i never received a refund... i was then told i cannot recieve a refund even though their website crashed... they'd only give me store credit...
long story short... after emailing back and forth they agreed to send me a refund.

during the time i sent back the package and now (im waiting for money, they're saying the package wasn't returned) i have had to deal with the WORST customer serviced and have been made out to feel like a liar... whoever is working there is really rude and absolutely has no class... theres been no apology or an attempt to help out.

ive decided to call the back and get a refund as the people who work in customer service are truly awful and dont care....

i wouldn't recommend using this website.

I ordered a dress through TOBI for an event. When I received the dress, it didn't fit so I started the return process. At no point was I told I would only be receiving store credit for ANY purchase through their company or I wouldn't have purchased anything to begin with. All my emails say a refund was to be expected (I have screenshots). They are refusing to honor a refund despite the emails saying so. They are claiming their store policy isn't to offer refunds now. I would to report this company for shady practices since there is no way to tell via online if something will actually fit for this kind of policy to be in effect. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Nice sundresses! All fit perfectly (all medium) except one was sized as a medium but had to be an extra small. Sent it to my daughter.

I can’t see my order on my account and I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone and they keep telling they escalated my problem to a supervisor and I still haven’t gotten a response back... I need a return label receipt but I can’t even get that because my order isn’t on my account , trying to return some stuff before it’s too late!

I have only shopped from this company once and it was and is absolutely horrible!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would!

Items I ordered and followed the recommended size guide for were shipped the complete opposite!
Either items were 3x too big or 3x too small and on top of that the color and quality are not what’s advertised!
I complained to the company multiple times and received rude responses from their “customer service” department. Which by the way it’s never the same rep. who responds, so you get mixed responses from multiple people who don’t pay attention to what’s going on! Nothing has been resolved or rectified. This company also only gives back store credit without acknowledging valid complaints! Never ever shop from here.
I’m pretty positive the only people who write positive reviews get paid to do so….probably by using all the money they keep from people.
Buyer beware, this company is a scam!

Un servizio che serve solamente a Vodafone per blindarsi e non dare assistenza. Ci vogliono far credere che un software come Tobi possa risolvere tutti i problemi, ma non è assolutamente cosi. Ho un banale problema amministrativo per un acquisto fatto sul sito della Vodafone che mi è stato addebitato anche se non è andato a buon fine, mi basterebbe spiegare la questione all'amministrazione di Vodafone Italia per riavere i soldi o il dispositivo che ho tentato di acquistare, ma niente da fare, impossibile contattarli se non hai un numero Vodafone!
Tra Tobi che "non capisce" e l'assistenza clienti che mi butta giù la chiamata ogni volta che gli dico che non ho un'utenza Vodafone cosa fare!!!
CARA VODAFONE ITALIA SMETTETELA DI NASCONDERVI DIETRO TOBI, MA METTETECI LA FACCIA E USCITE ALLO SCOPERTO DIMOSTRANDO DI VOLER AIUTARE CONCRETAMENTE I VOSTRI CLIENTI.

Very low quality dresses. The fit is terrible too, as if dresses are designed by apprentices. Also, some dresses look completely different in person, almost like it’s a picture of a different dress. Cannot recommend. Don’t waste your money. They only refund via store credit, they don’t refund the money. You will be stuck with another cheap bad-fitting dress even after the refund.

Romper fit great does run a little big, but beautiful romper!
