Iâve shopped with Tobi for as long as I can remember. Their clothing never disappoints and the shipping is very fast. I get compliments on everything I sport from Tobi. Their materials never rip or tear and are made extremely well. If I could give them a higher rating I would!

Nell'installazione della fibra a casa con la Family Plan, non mi e' stata fornita la SIM voce/dati per il cellulare e da qui e' partita l'odissea solo per far capire agli operatori la problematica e dopo essere stato rimbalzato dagli operatori del reparto rete fissa a quelli del mobile fino al reparto amministrazione senza ancora risolvere il mio semplice problema che si risolveva con le scuse e con la spedizione della mia SIM. VERGOGNOSI!!!!

Sizing is off and they sent me a ripped dress that I canât even return because their return policy is terrible, you only get store credit. This website is pretty much all the dresses/clothes that didnât sell at their original store being sold online for a last chance. Would not recommend!

It took over a week to arrive and it was extremely wrinkled. Also one seam was sewn poorly so it puckered out. Since it took over a week to arrive, I didnât even try to do an exhange since it would prob take 3 weeks. I instead spent more money and brought it to a dry cleaner to get fixed. I love all my selections. Shipping was prompt (even though fedex sucks and left it at the gate instead of actually delivering to the door in my complex). All the fabrics are high quality, and run pretty true to size.

Horrible customer service. I return something not knowing you only get store credit. I re-ordered and when I checked out my store credit disappeared. Iâve sent two emails there is no phone number to speak with someone. I will never order from them again

Beware this brand
All these bad reviews on here are completely true. This brand is out to get your money and have such shady practices to keep it. Blaming the customer in these other reviews here and claiming they âcanâtâ do anything. Lies, lies, my ladies cos they absolutely can and choose not to because they are evil af. Notice how all their responses on here are defensive and really trying to outline how theyâre not wrong instead of trying to make things right. Thatâs the culture of this brand. Why not just stop arguing and just do the actions that will make things right? No sense of how to do business or maintain their customer base.
Beware this brand - read their return policy - itâs the worst customer service and a scam of a company. They just want your money and will not return it to you. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK ONCE I GAVE IT TO THEM. That could be you! Just donât risk it and buy somewhere more trusted. Go to someone who actually refunds and ensures you get their product. The fit is off from the photos and the quality is cheap. Their clothes are very poor quality and thatâs why they never refund because they would have too much refunding to do. All they do is generate waste in the worst way! Buy, return, no refunds ;) only store credit so again you have to buy, return, no refunds ;), buy, return - an endless cycle of wasting time, energy, money, and at the end of the cycle.. itâs all on you, babe. They put all the work on you, the customer. They already got their money so they keep you running in circles acting as if this is a fair business practice, not giving a single f what it does the world. Evil.
Do not fall for their scam. This brand is basically going downhill because itâs such bad business practice to have a scamming policy and unempathetic customer service. Their CS agent legit said: âyour package got stolen and this is my fault? Please explainâ. A lovely, snarky comment. I never even said it was their fault, just asked for a refund. Look at this company culture. Whatâs with the attitude? You chose to work here and Iâm out nearly $400 due to your policies and business practice and refusal to help me out. Not to mention the stress of the living situation I am in about the theft that happened. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Invest elsewhere! Very evil business practice.

I ordered this dress for a wedding thatâs coming up in September. The dress came with a torn off strap. I contacted Tobi and we since have resolved this matter since they didnât have another dress to replace this one.
Terrible costumer service and communication
I had ordered a dress for a wedding party. The dress arrived a little damaged (very loose hook in the chest area and loose threads around the hook), and it was also too small. I reached out to Tobi to request an exchange. They responded promptly and asked me to mail back the damaged dress and said they would send out a replacement dress in a bigger size right away. Three to four weeks went by after I mailed the dress back, and no sign of a replacement dress to be seen. At this point, the wedding party was a week away. I sent an email inquiry about the exchange I was promised and Tobi responded that they didnât know anything about it and that they refunded the refunded dress in the form of store credit, as per their policy. I promptly sent them a screenshot of the email from the Tobi representative that mentioned the exchange that was supposed to be mailed out weeks ago. A couple of days went by and I got a response mentioning that they were sorry and that the dress was now out of stock and that the case would have to be escalated to the supervisor level. At this point, the wedding party was a day away and I had to scramble to find a dress. Again, several days went by without anything from Tobi. I sent another email inquiry and received an automated response that directed me to their policy about refunds only being issued via store credit. I sent another email again. Finally someone responded with a flurry of apologies and said that they had a replacement dress in a larger size and that I could order it. I went to the website and the dress was now being sold for twice as much money (I had gotten it initially at 50% off). I emailed back that I did not want to pay full price for this dress and that I wanted a refund to my original form of payment if they could not honor their initial promise. They emailed back and said that I could still purchase at the original discount. I did so and finally received the exchange after a few days. Pointless, since the wedding party was long past. In conclusion- I will not order from this company again. Dealing with them was painful and it was obvious that communication within the company is poor.
