Snagman - New Build Snagging レビュー 

I was looking for a snagging service for my new Redrow build and came across Snagman through social media recommendations.

From the start, Gareth and Adam were professional and responsive, even when I had to reschedule due to hold-ups.

During the inspection, they were on-site for over six hours on a Saturday and provided a comprehensive 63-page report back to us the same day. The report clearly outlined each defect, including pictures, and included relevant NHBC guidance.

This thorough report allowed us to understand the defects and determine the appropriate course of action from the builder.

Absolutely excellent. These guys are great- they attended our new build and carried out an extremely thorough check and had the report to us within 24 hours. To us it is 100% worth getting a snagger, they can spot things that we just wouldn’t pick up on and it takes the stress out of potentially finding things later on. Very reasonable price; in fact I think they should charge more for such a thorough check and we will be recommending to anyone requiring a snagger! Very happy customers here- thank you!

Fantastic service provided by Gareth and Adam, they were very quick to answer our initial query and book the appointment, and also very flexible when our moving dates changed. With us for the full day, they were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We received the detailed report the very next day which made our conversations with the builder simple and straightforward. The fact that the items in the report have photographs and are linked to NHBC required standards is really useful. All in all a great service and absolute value for money.

I spent hours looking for a snagging company when I came across snagman and I’m so glad that I found them. Gareth and Adam have been professional and friendly throughout and always kept me updated with everything. They arrived on time for the inspection and were extremely detailed with every part of the house not rushing and even taking the time to explain to me after the inspection all the issues identified. I really like that they used red stickers for the painting issues identified which made it easy for the housing company to see. The final report was very detailed and they even got praise from the site manager on how well the report was written. I would defiantly use this company again and would recommend them.

Adam and Gareth were both fantastic from beginning to end. They squeezed me in on a weekend very last minute as I explained the urgency, and they were extremely thorough and at my home over 10 hours! They also worked on the report on a Sunday and got it back to me within 24 hours. They were both extremely friendly and helpful, and I felt at ease straight away from the initial phone call right through to receiving the report. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone.

I highly recommend using Gareth and Adam for snagging inspections. They were quick to come back to me after my request and provide lots of useful information about the different packages they offer. Their communication was great throughout and a comprehensive report was provided very quickly after the inspection. As a first time buyer I was extreemley nervous about moving into my new home. There are lots of horror stories on social media about new builds so I chose Snagman to give me the reassurance and confidence I needed.
They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and provided a very thorough report which I was able to take back to my builder.

Recently had our new build home inspected by Adam and Gareth from Snagman. They have done an amazing job and saved us what could have been a fortune later down the line if the snags they found hadn't have been highlighted.

After inspecting the house top to bottom and outside they produced a detailed 42 page report with images that highlighted everything they found. this included Things we would have never thought to look at.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has recently bought a new build and wants piece of mind. After sending the report to the developer they have agreed to fix most of the faults that were highlighted in the report. Thanks again for an amazing job.
