My kids have been using Toniebox for a while now. We got it when my oldest was 4, and she's 7 now. All three of my kids love their Tonieboxes and use them constantly, listening to audiobooks, music, nursery rhymes, and their absolute favorite, "Today with Tonies."
We had a little problem with Toniebox 2 recently, which upset my 7-year-old, but it was sorted out quickly by a really patient and lovely lady. A new one is on its way! My daughter is so excited for it to get here so she can catch up on "Today with Tonies." And my little toddler can't wait to put on her favorite Ms. Rachel, since she shares her sister's Toniebox!

Bought a Tonies box with 4 Tonies characters for my 2 years old daughter as Christmas Present. She absolutely loves it! We take it on the longer car journeys, during bath, meal, or sleepy times. I personally love the idea of different Tonies characters, they are brilliant and you don’t get fed up listening to them. We also bought a Frozen Bag where Tonies are kept and also the headphones. We are totally obsessed with a Tonies Box 😂 I wasn’t sure if my 2 year old would work it out how to use it, but it didn’t take long for her to start hitting the side to skip the song and using the little ears to put it on. We had an issue with the battery as my daughter decided to put Tonies box in the bath, however the customer service is absolutely brilliant as they sent a replacement. We now have 8 Tonies characters in total and still looking for new ones 😂 Apparently there will be a plush toy ones, which look amazing 🤩

We've been enjoying Tonies since 2022! We bought the first box for my autistic son, it became a nightly routine for him to use his Tonie box and he loved listening to the story of Paddington bear and more about Paddington!
For Christmas we decided to upgrade to the Tonie box 2 in teal, which has been fab.
A few nights ago, it just stopped working, wouldn't charge and wouldn't switch on. I tried contacting Currys (the retailer I purchased from) but didn't have much luck, I reached out to Tonies and had a swift reply from Alessandro, he asked some questions and recommended some troubleshooting ideas, but unfortunately nothing worked - so they arranged for us to have a new Tonie box replacement! The whole experience was really pleasant and easy and they will definitely be keeping me and my family as customers!

Never ever again!
My son's tonie box was torn and now he cannot use it, the speaker is exposed and it is unsafe for a toddler.
I have contacted the company for it to be recovered, id pay, and they said no.
They won't recover the product to make sure it is 100% safe, my child is 2 he cannot play with the tonie now.
Company's have an obligation to provide safe products and to help make them safe when they were damaged.
I would not waste my money on tonies or their products again since they have zero loyalty and refuse to help their paying customers.

That's my ticket number. I definitely want to take this further

We are big fans of the Toniebox! While there are other audio players on the market that use cards, the Toniebox stands out because it is character-based, making it a fun and engaging experience for children.

I rarely rave about customer service these days but Tonies were exceptionally helpful. The lead of my granddaughters box that I bought
for her stopped working . I approached amazon who were unhelpful so then went direct to tonie who answered my questions within minutes, led me down the correct path and posted me out a new lead within days. Fantastic 10 out of 10 fast service. Thoroughly recommend

My Daughter is 5yo and she loves her Tonie box, although the first few months she was not showing interested, now she can listen to it all day. Great to take her away from screen time and encourage her imagination.
So many options to listen to, her favourite story books, or even TV shows, and Tonie original content.
Also Tonie Costumer service was really helpful which an issue regarding the battery life.. all great, and looking forward to many years of Tonie time..

Bought a Tonie Box 2 last October for my grandson as a Christmas present. On hindsight I should have opened it to check all was good but I didn’t. Wrapped it along with 5 characters. Disaster it didn’t work on the big day. I contacted Tonie via email and to be fair their correspondence via Martiv was very good. We tried all troubleshooting. They they sent a replacement box which works perfectly. A big thank you to the Yonie Team x

Bought a new toniesbox 2 as a Christmas present and 2 days later there was a bug in the box saying codeword 'fox'. A collection was ordered by tonies for a replacement box to be sent out. Royal mail have now lost the defect item and have emailed tonies on numerous occasions to let them know this. The last correspondence I has was on the 18th January and I have heard nothing since regarding a refund or a replacement. I have sent the proof of purchase and proof of collection but nobody seems to be interested in resolving the issue . My son is autistic and been waiting patiently for his new toniesbox to arrive but still nothing.

Frequently purchase tonies for the 2 boxes we have in our household. Love the choice and my children won’t sleep or travel without them. Can also highly recommend the customer service. My first time in over 50 tonies receiving a faulty one that had a lot of areas not painted - customer services sent replacement promptly and fantastic communication throughout. First class service

Got my 2 year old boy a tonie box 2 with various tonies for christmas, I wasnt sure if he would take to it as he is quite an active toddler and doesn't sit down much, he absolutely loves it sits and listens to it so nice loves putting the different characters on and off and now will not go to sleep without it playing. 5 stars from our house!

I had a slight fault with my Toniebox 2 but Ara from customer services was really helpful and made it really easy for me to order a replacement and send back the faulty box.

I have had a toniebox for my son for a few years and he loves it and gets used all the time. It recently had a fault and wouldn’t connect nor would it work with downloaded tonies. However I contacted customer services and despite now getting a response go start with after messaging them through a social media site they hurried it up. From then on it was all really quick, next day if not quicker responses with the best support, tips and tricks and despite none of these working without questioning nor hesitation they sent out another box. I have never received such quick and efficient service and the box arrive less than 48 hours after they said they would potentially sent out another box. I have never received such good customer service from any other company before and I am over the moon as is my son when he came home from school to see a new box.
Thank you so much Tonie. We will forever be grateful ( plus we can now sleep at night without begging for his Tonie box)

Our Toniebox 1 is hugely adored by both of my children, age 1 and 5, endless hours spent listening to their favourite characters and it is a bedtime necessity now! We would love to see more offers and deals on the characters. Our first box (after 1 year of a lot of use) stopped charging, but as it is within its warranty period Delmy (Customer Happiness Team) has been faultless in helping us replace it with no fuss. We are eagerly waiting for our replacement box!

We’ve been long-time Tonies users and recently upgraded to two Toniebox 2 units as Christmas gifts for our children.
Toniebox 2 includes Bluetooth functionality, and Tonies documentation states that third-party Bluetooth headphones can be used. Based on this, we expected standard Bluetooth headphone support.
In practice, neither of our Toniebox 2 devices will connect to any third-party Bluetooth headphones we tested (including premium, well-known brands), despite following the published pairing instructions precisely.
After escalation with Tonies support and their senior technical team, Tonies confirmed in writing that:
• Third-party Bluetooth compatibility is limited by current software
• There is no list of supported third-party headphones
• There is no timeline for broader compatibility
• Only Tonies-branded Bluetooth headphones are currently guaranteed to work
The devices are not faulty, but third-party Bluetooth support is not currently predictable or transparent for customers. This wasn’t clear at the point of purchase.
We continue to like the Tonies ecosystem overall, but I would strongly advise parents to be aware that, at present, Bluetooth headphone use effectively requires Tonies’ own headphones.

J’ai passé une commande sur tonies® France que je n’ai jamais reçue, malgré un statut “livré” indiqué par le transporteur.
Après de nombreux échanges avec le SAV :
réponses automatiques répétées,
refus de remboursement immédiat,
tentative d’imposer des procédures internes (formulaire, enquête de 15 à 21 jours),
alors même que le colis n’a jamais été réceptionné.
J’ai pourtant fourni toutes les informations demandées, y compris une attestation de non-réception.
Aucune solution rapide n’a été proposée.
Résultat : j’ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal, qui m’a remboursé immédiatement, sans difficulté.
Sans PayPal, je serais probablement encore en train d’attendre.
👉 Conclusion : produits peut-être corrects, mais SAV très décevant en cas de problème de livraison.
Je recommande fortement de payer via PayPal si vous commandez chez eux, pour avoir une vraie protection.
