We absolutely love our tonie boxes in our house. We have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they can’t go to bed without a story playing! Both orders were easy to do and our little ones love picking new Tonies to order. We recently had an issue where one of the chargers stopped working and the customer service team were amazing at sorting this issue, quick to respond and were really helpful. They sent us a new charger out in the post within days. Thank you so much.

We love the tonibox but the headphones are terrible. I bought a second set thinking the first was broken but it is just as bad.

Our household has hours of fun with the toniebox and characters. Our little warrior is special needs and severely sight impaired so the music from her box just lights up her face. Highly recommended and one of the best toys she has.

My toniesbox 2 started saying codeword fox, which basically means that the box is done for. The team were very helpful and sent out a replacement for me quickly! I do wish there was a faster way to contact them, such a live chat or a phone conversation. Getting in touch is quite difficult, espeically for such a big and well known company. It would be 5 stars if it were easier to contact and I didn't have to wait either a long time or American time to hear back.

Purchased a tonies box and tonies directly from the website. However after a few month it developed issues. I reached out to the customer service where I advised that I've carried out all the steps on the self help guides, including factory reset and hard resets etc, I also have my order number and all other details. When I received a response it was generic in nature and I was asked if I had carried out a reset etc. Clearly my email had no been read which was disappointing. I was then asked to return the box and I would be issued with a code to order a replacement. However, I have not received this code and my original tonies box has been sent back.
Additionally, I only seem to get responses at 2am via email. Which seems strange.
Really hoping that tonies follow through with their promise of a replacement as I am now without mine. I have also spend hundreds of pounds on tonies which are currently of no use.
Great product but the aftercare leaves a lot to be desired.
*UPDATE*
Received my replacement toniesbox2 and it has the exact same issues as we've had previously. Now seriously concerned there are fundamental issues with this product and as always, I'll have to wait several days for a response of fix or another replacement.

Love the Product, but worst Customer Support from Tonies .eu(germany)
I have been buying tonies since 4 years ago, they are great, my daughter loves them. I usually buy them from shops in Ireland, however I tried ordering 2 times from Tonies.eu. The experience with delivery and their customer support has been incredibly bad.
Firstly, DHL writes false messages on the tracking number that they tried to deliver but recipient not home. When I called them, they said it is not their responsibility , this is actually delivered by a third party courier- ofcourse the tracking number shows DHL!
I wrote to Tonies and asked clarifcation but they did nothing . Lyckily on that occassion the order did come eventually.
For the 2nd order, the situation repeated, DHL was again leaving messages that they tried delivering andcould not (I work from home, I am always home, no one tried to deliver or call). This time I did not call DHL, I went directly to Tonies.
Then the experience with Tonies customer support:
1. First they said it is not their responsibility to talk to their courier!?
2. Then next they said that the order shows delivered and I should sign a doc saying that I did not receive the order. Also not true, the tracking number showed not delivered! (they don't even check!)
3. They said that the order was returned to them so nothing to do but wait to get my money back.
Not even the slightest effort to try to help! It's you are speaking to a blind machine who is on its last battery life.
Doesn't this company want to sell? Why are they keeping these unmotivated and incompetent employees?

Ordered a piglet and it failed to arrive. Eventually received notification from their courier that it had been damaged in transit and would not be delivered, and to contact Tonies. Contacted them straight away and requested urgent replacement as it was a birthday gift. No response.
Chased again requesting a refund and after 6 days got a response saying they would refund and it would take 4 weeks!
4 weeks has passed, still no refund. Chased again and got a reply saying it would be followed up and then silence again.
Very poor service, especially as the item was never even delivered - it should have be re-dispatched or refunded within a couple of days as responsibility for the damage/failure to supply sits with Tonies.

We are now on our THIRD Tonie box since Christmas. They have all been faulty- freezing while playing a Tonie and then repeatedly restaring themselves only to freeze again. Customer service have been very quick to respond and send a new Tonie each time but I'm starting to think I'll never get a working one! We are currently using our third and it has worked for about a week and today started freezing and restarting. I am SO disappointed because my baby loves his TonieBox and we have invested in so many Tonies (which aren't cheap!). Not really sure what to do or where to go from here as its his favourite toy but I'm sick of contacting customer services and returing them just to get another faulty box. I would give them 5 stars if the product wasn't constantly faulty as my baby adores it and I think its a great addition to his play.

Our little girl got her tonie box for her Christmas when she was 11 months old and she absolutely loves it. We love that it’s screen free entertainment and she can use it completely independently. She loves listening to the Tonies but loves to just sit and play with them too. We did have an issue with the first box we received but we emailed them and they sent us a code for a new box and free tonie with no hassle at all, the customer service provided made us love the brand even more.

Tonies are great I’d recommend for anyone with kids to purchase the tonie box it has many choices of their favourite characters and always adding more, the tonie box 2 is the latest one that I purchased. I’d also like to say I had a really 💯positive help recently from customer service, Joseph H at tonies helped with a recent minor issue but resolved it quickly and professionally. Thank you !

Daughter absolutely loves hers tonies box it’s used daily without fail. Recently had to contact tonies support team and the service provider was fantastic very fast response and issue resolved swiftly. Recommended tonies to everyone I know with children it’s brilliant.

Fantastic customer service. Our Tonie box was saying "code word fox" after only 3 months of having it. Had a new Tonie box within a week after speaking with customer service. Our son absolutely adores his Tonie box 2, he is 11 (nearly 12) but he has severe learning disabilities and it is the perfect thing for him to get his fix of tech without the screen, which is a trigger for him for melt downs.

I recently contacted Tonies and they were very quick to respond.
My daughter is 9 years old and hasn’t tired of her Tonie box, so at Christmas we up graded to the Toniebox 2. She loves the fact that it is now interactive with the games and there are book Tonies available for her age group. We love the Yoga, affirmations etc Tonies but I feel versions of these need to be available for older children as the current ones are a bit babyish for her.

I’ve now received a replacement for the Toniebox so I have updated this review from 1 to 5 stars as after the initial twoing and frowing of emails the company dealt with my issue appropriately and my package arrived in the specified time.
(I’ve not had a positive experience with this company. The Tonie box 1 is just over a year old and as we bought direct from Tonie there is a 2 year warranty. Sent message via the site they replied with troubleshooting we had already tried. Told them that them more troubleshooting was given that we had already done. Now still waiting for a reply that hasn’t happened so my grandchildren are left without a Tonie box. We have bought around 50 Tonies for the box we cannot use. The company should repair or replace the box as per their warranty promise. Why is there no phone number to call so this can be sorted out? Instead of towing and growing with emails?
I hate writing negative reviews but what am I supposed to do if you don’t reply to email?
Update: I sent my original ticket number to my original enquiry to you as requested. I have now received an email from you asking me to fill in a form to make a claim for an exchange/replacement.)
I will update this review again to report if/how and when you resolve this.
