I’d totally recommend Tonies to anyone as when the Toniebox2 developed a fault I reached out to the customer service team and their communication and understanding was exemplary. They handled the query quickly and a replacement box was sent out right away.

The customer experience from Tonies was one of the best I have ever received..
I had the same port of contact the whole way through and was offered a Brand new box or a refund to allow me to purchase the newer model for a small price.
Everything was so fast and easy and burly appreciated having great customer service from Maria

Our Toniebox 1 had recently stopped charging, I reached out to customer services and Jazz O. was very quick in responding. They very promptly arranged for us to send back the old box with Royal Mail collection (free of charge) and gave us a voucher code the same day to order a brand new Toniebox 2!

Our Tonies had a fault (code word FOX) which could not be fixed. After sending through some evidence and proof of purchase a label was sent to return for a replacement. Replacement was released as soon as I sent proof of postage. Honestly was great customer service and super fast replacement delivery along with a new Tonies for my little girls inconvenience which was very much appreciated.

Tonies are an amazing product. We have so many of them and all of my kids have a box of their own. One of the boxes was faulty and it was replaced after an exchange between me and customer service. I’ve ordered lots of tonies direct from the website and they have arrived fairly quickly too, even with a free gift in one parcel. One order was missing some items and I am still waiting on a resolution to that but I am confident it will be sorted. Great product and a good company to deal with so far.

Purchased Toniebox 1 for my daughter just over a year ago and she loved it. After a few months it just randomly stopped working (wouldn't charge or turn on) so I contacted and was issued a replacement no problem (via Live chat with an actual human).
The replacement has now got the exact same issue, however Live chat no longer exists, no phone number and I have been emailing AI bots for a week now with no reasonable resolution. I keep getting either copied and pasted responses or my ticket is just closed. My 3 year old is really upset and doesn't understand why she can't have her Toniebox on at bedtime. I am so disappointed as loved the product and have bought so many Tonies (not exactly cheap!) but the customer service has been truly shocking and it appears that alot of people are having the same issue with it stopping working completely and then not being able to get a response!
Amazing customer service and a wonderful product!
My son absolutely loves his Toniebox and uses it every day. When we recently had an issue with the battery, the tonies® support team was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. They guided me through the whole process and resolved everything very quickly.
The support team was professional, friendly, and truly caring. It’s rare to see such great customer service these days, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.
The Toniebox itself is fantastic for kids — simple, fun, and full of imagination. My little boy enjoys it so much and it has quickly become part of our daily routine.
Thank you tonies® for such a great product and for having such an amazing team behind it!

Extremely helpful I’ve had 2 tonies that have broken and got a replacement very quickly would definitely recommend my daughter love listening to her favourite songs all day and lullaby’s at bedtime

The company responded very quickly and they make you feel that they value your custom. Both my grandchildren have enjoyed their tonie boxes over the years from stories to songs and the ones on natural history. We’ll done Tonie for providing a product that is fun and gives hours of enjoyment

Our Tonies 2 box stopped working. It wouldn’t charge. Tonies assisted us and pointed us in the right direction to arrange an exchange through John Lewis where we bought it from last October. They were very helpful.

I Bought my daughter a Tonie box 2 for Christmas and we’ve had problem with the box from the beginning, it doesn’t play the tonies properly (tonies were bought from the company itself as well as the box ) my daughter hasnt been able to enjoy her gift, as the songs don’t play properly, they will play for a moment then freezes on a part and makes funny noises. I’m also very disappointed in the customer service with this company, I sent an email of complaint months ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone, except a robot asking if I still need help. Over all very disappointed with product and the lack of communication from the company.
Edited after reply from tonie: I did respond back to your troubleshooting email, I have proof!

Really disappointing experience. I contacted the company after an issue with a product that means a lot to my child. I wasn’t asking for anything for free – I was more than willing to purchase a replacement to resolve the problem.
Despite having made numerous purchases with them previously, and the product only ever being associated with a single account and activated at Christmas, the response I received was completely dismissive.
For a company that promotes itself as family and child-focused, the lack of empathy and willingness to help was surprising. The interaction felt very transactional and completely lacking the values they claim to stand for.
A really disappointing way to treat a loyal customer.

The tonie team did an absolutely fantastic job resolving an issue with a defective unit. I couldn’t believe the speed in which they were able to resolve the matter. A special thanks to Andrea in the customer happiness team for being so responsive and helpful in their emails. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with customer services. My son absolutely loves his Tonie and is so thrilled to already have it back working again.

Having purchased a tonie box for my son for Christmas it was faulty when we turned it on. I spoke with Elisa over email regarding this who was very helpful, friendly and efficient in her replies. The matter was quickly resolved, the broken one returned and a new one on the way. Thank you

I had a Tonie that didn’t work when put on the box, the first one (I have over 60😬)
I contacted customer support and they were on it straight away.
Sent a video to support and all was wrapped up in a matter of days.

Ara was more than helpful, I had an issue with a discount code, she looked into it for me and the team extended my code, so that I could buy my youngest daughter her own box! If there is any chance of bringing out a different colour tabletop shelf, my ears would appreciate it! My 2 year has refused to let her little sister small amount of tonies on hers 😂
