Just had a very pleasant experience at Toomey, Basildon for the first service on my MG3 Hybrid. Mia was waiting at the front desk ready to receive customers and booked me in with a smile and explained what was going to happen today. I waited in the seating area and was offered tea/coffee, free to use. I was early and I think work must have started early as I was ready to go ahead of the time I expected. All in all, a pleasant experience and thank you for washing my car 😁

Had a routine service at Toomey MG & had excellent service from the moment I walked through the door, greeted by Mia, she was attentive, professional & made to feel like no question was to much of a issue.

Had my mot done at Basildon Vauxhall and as always had excellent service from jak , got a call when the car was done and got sent an health check video *****

Pleased to say everything went smoothly. When we arrived Mia explained exactly what was going to happen, took us to the waiting area and made us drinks. Then we were taken to our car when it was ready. So very well looked after.

Had my MOT yesterday and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Mia especially for checking on us in the waiting area to make sure we were okay. They had the radio on and I enjoyed the coffee and biscuits while chatting to other customers in the comfy chairs to be honest! Someone was working from laptop while waiting and he was offered a desk if easier.
Great team. My only issue with this particular location is I struggle to get through on phone but they do respond to email once I’ve reached out that way.

Was made welcome by Mia, she explained what was going to happen to my car receiving its first service.
I decided to wait in the waiting area of the showroom where there is coffee/tea machine free to use.
Upon completion of the service Mia went through the paperwork explaining everything. Service With a Smile.

Today my vehicle went in for a normal service nothing to major. However the service i received from the staff at Toomey MG especially Mia was brilliant and couldn't be happier. Upon arrival Mia explained everything that will happen through out the day which was great and had to do the usual signing of paperwork etc.

I had a problem where my lease car company didn't book the hire and subsequently wasn't on site however Mia went above and beyond and she spoke to her supervisor and they managed to source me a car to use for the day to keep me on the road, which was brilliant.

Mia called me at 12 and at 4 providing me with updates and subsequently telling me that my vehicle is ready. Lastly to top it off i had a bit of stuff to transfer between the two vehicles and i also had my 4 year old with me, Mia saw the problem i was having and stepped in and helped me carry my stuff between the cars which was great.

I am extremely satisfied with the service received and sometimes its the small things that go a long way and resolving problems as when they happen, so thank you Toomeys and thank you Mia for your incredible service.
