I visited Toomey - Renault - Zack and could not have had better service. I was anxious about going out for a test drive but Zack made me feel relaxed. I would give him top rates.

I take back everything I said previously after Jon the Service Manager called with an apology for the issues originally highlighted below. Jon explained the background behind yesterday's experience and managed to arrange a more realistic date for the service to be scheduled. Excellent response from Toomeys service department demonstrating what good looks like and recovering the situation!

Tried multiple times to book a while u wait service via the telephone and unfortunately was left waiting for 10-15 minutes each time and then the call was disconnected - absolutely useless. Tried online selecting a date and time in the future and received an appointment in 3 weeks after my requested date - exactly the same level of service at Basildon and same outcome

All work carried out as requested and thoroughly professional throughout.

Great service again. Robin on the reception desk we very helpful and a pleasure to talk too.

Would definitely recommend visiting Toomeys Renault Southend if you’re in the market for a new car. The new Austral is also an absolute dream to drive!

They also quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue I was having with the car alarm, which was a huge relief. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the customer service was outstanding.
