Torc24 were the preferred mortgage broker for the property I was in the process of buying. As a first-time buyer, I am still new to a lot of things when it comes to buying a house, but the staff at Torc24 have been friendly and informative, keeping me updated at every step of the process, answering my questions and respecting my own thoughts and decisions. I was happy with the mortgages and rates they found for me and they were in-line with what other advisers had found for me, if not a little better. Many thanks to all the staff at Torc24, especially my mortgage adviser, Lindsay, and my case manager, Chelsea.

Amazing help!

The entire Torc24 team that helped me were amazing. From the first stages of getting evaluated by Hamza and David, to starting my mortgage talks with Stuart and working with Rhys, to Yasser who helped me get everything through to the bank. All of it is extremely stressful for a first time buyer, especially when you have very little clue of what is happening. Stuart and Rhys both spend quite a bit of time explaining everything to me and making sure all my questions were answered in a way that I understood and there was no confusion! Would definitely recommend working with that team, made my first mortgage almost painless (always some nerves and anxiety to be expected...)

Shannon Wright has been very helpful in the process of helping me purchase a property. She has been able to answer all my questions and has made the process very easy.

Rhys Cox and Chelsea Parkins have been working on our case and have been excellent throughout with keeping my wife and myself updated with what has been happening. Our initial meeting with Rhys was very relaxed and Rhys did a great job in explaining it all to us. Chelsea has been great to and is always very friendly in her emails to us and has frequently forwarded documents to me as we have gone along.

I liked that Aaron took time to go through everything carefully with my son and I, explaining everything really clearly especially as my son struggles on the phone. He was very patient and I just liked his whole demeanour. He wanted to provide a good service and he did. I would have given five stars but I did inform Aaron that I have sent paperwork by email attachments to Torc24 which I have then been asked to re-send. It appears that not everything is being forwarded or shared amongst the team which is frustrating and time consuming for the customer.

Mitchell was friendly, polite and totally professional when we called to discuss initial elegibility and affordability with the shared ownership scheme. He patiently talked us through options, when our initial option wasn’t feasible. We sincerely appreciated his time.

Mitchell was extremely helpful with his services, the communication was brilliant and he was always available to let me know how the process was going. I felt at ease, I trusted his expertise and he delivered, truly a wonderful support!
