I'm an inexperienced first-time buyer, so I've had a lot of questions and concerns about the process as such, and they've been really patient with me, guiding me through it step by step and always there to answer my questions. I had a delightful experience with Torc 24. I will highly recommend Manny and Chelsea Parkins. They supported me throughout the process, always answered my calls or they called me back. As first time buyers purchasing a new build we needed to get the mortgage offer in place very quickly.
